A £25 per room, per night deposit will be taken at the time of booking, this is a non-refundable deposit and will be deducted from your bill on your departure.
Cancellation Policy All cancellations received before midday the day prior to arrival will receive no further charge, all cancellations made after midday the day prior to arrival will result in the full amount of the first nights stay being charged.
All no shows will be charged in full for the total stay.

£20 charge per person per night for any additional guests in room. Pre booked dogs are welcome in some of our rooms at an additional cost of £15 per night. Cots are available at £10 per stay. Early check in (12.30am) or late check out (3.30pm) can be arranged at an additional £15 per night. Breakfast served 8.00am-9.30am Mon - Sat, 8.30am -10.00 am Sun.
